You can pay items, which are immediatly available for pick-up, and small parts directly during the order process by PayPal. We are also happy to offer you the payment method "payment in advance". You will then receive an proforma invoice, which you can settle under the reference of the proforma invoice number and your costumer number. After the receipt of payment on our bank account the goods will be send to you.
For larger items, which you pick up yourself or will be delivered to you by our delivery service, we ask you to settle your proforma invoice in advance. For self collection orders we can also offer you the possibility to pay 50% of the proforma invoice amount in advance and the rest of it in cash or via Ec-card on the day of the collection. If your order is being delivered to you by us, then we can offer you a similar method of payment for orders from an invoice value of 5000,00€. You would have to pay 50% in advance and the rest upon delivery. Please note here, that the rest of the invoice could only be payed in cash on the delivery day.
Please pay only on your proforma invoice. You can find the bank details on the proforma invoice. In order for us to be able to allocate your payment to the order, it is imperative that you provide the receipt and customer number listed on the proforma invoice when making your payment. To enable us to dispatch your goods promptly, we ask you to make the payment as soon as possible after placing your order.

If, for any reason, you do not wish your ordered goods to be delivered, you are of course welcome to pick them up in Troisdorf or Bonn yourself. The goods will be prepared for pick-up from approx. 14 working days after receipt of payment .For insurance reasons (damage to the vehicle, the goods or similar) we cannot assist you in loading your goods. Please make sure that on the day of collection there are enough helpers on site with you to load the goods. We also ask you to ensure that the vehicle is big enough. It is not possible to disassemble the goods on site. It is of course possible for you to inspect the furniture on site at pick up.
Quantity and routes determine the price.
The price for the transport is essentially determined by 2 factors:
1.) the delivered quantity
2.) the volume of freight on the used route
Our most often used routes, such as Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Berlin or Munich, are cheaper than routes which are served less frequently or for which there is only little transport freight overall. It may well be the case, for example, that the transport freight on an intensively used route is relatively cheaper than on a shorter route, which is not used as frequently, despite a longer distance.
Our display items, which can be taken away immediately, will not be disassembled before collection.
Furniture delivered by us will be disassembled in advance to the extent necessary for safe transportation to you. If you’re making use of our assembly service, our trained staff will complete the assembly of your furniture on site.
Of course, you have the option of having your USM Haller piece of furniture individually configurated on request. If you have a specific idea of what it should look like, please contact our sales staff.
If you would like a reconstruction, an assembly or an extension of your existing piece of furniture, we will be happy to make you an offer. Please use our contact form for this kind of request.
Hinged and pull-out doors from USM Haller are equipped with universal locks. For each piece of furniture you will receive 1 key. If you prefer lockable locks instead, please let us know when you place your order.
The rear or side walls of USM Haller furniture can be equipped with cable ducts on request, without additional costs. Please inform us of the number and location of the cable ducts when you place your order.
All items available in our shop are, after consultation, ready for you to pick up. Should an item not be available, you have the possibility to send an individual inquiry to us, using our contact form.
Please keep in mind that individually assembled furniture cannot be collected immediately after ordering. In this case we ask you to arrange a pick-up date with us.
The furniture available from us is all in good up to very good used condition. You are welcome to visit our showroom in Troisdorf to get an overwiew of the condition of our goods for yourself. Please note our opening hours. Further information can be found on our "About us" page.
Our company headquarters and our showroom are located at Bonner Straße 40 in 53842 Troisdorf. There you can find us personally during our business hours.
You are welcome to give gift vouchers with different designs and individual amounts to your loved ones. After ordering, the design you have selected will be sent to you by e-mail as a PDF file for you to print out yourself. The PDF contains the voucher code and your individual amount. As soon as we can book your payment for the voucher, the voucher code can be redeemed in our online shop.The following modalities must be observed for Sebworld gift vouchers:
1. the gift voucher can only be redeemed in our online shop.
2. gift vouchers are excluded from exchange & return!
3. Gift vouchers cannot be paid out in cash.
4. gift vouchers are valid for 3 years. After three years, the gift voucher code expires and can no longer be redeemed.
5. gift vouchers are only sent by e-mail. It is not possible to send them by post.
6. Only one gift voucher code can be redeemed per order in the online shop! The gift voucher cannot be combined and redeemed with other discount campaigns in our online shop.
7. The Sebworld gift voucher allows you to save remaining amounts. These can then be redeemed for a later order (with the same voucher code). The remaining amounts will be displayed in your customer account under "Vouchers" as well as in the order confirmations you receive by e-mail.
8. amounts cannot be changed subsequently. It is therefore essential that you check your individual gift value before completing your order.
