Tasks:

- Advice & sales in our approx. 3,000 m³ showroom
- Advising & selling to our online customers
- Preparation of offers, invoices & delivery notes
- Sustainable support of your existing customers
- Continuous maintenance & tidiness in the showroom
- Processing and forwarding of complaints to our complaints department

The marketing department at Sebworld covers a wide spectrum. We have been active in various marketing areas for years. From TV advertising on premium channels such as ARD, RTL and Pro7, to perimeter advertising in the 1st Bundesliga, sponsorships of top athletes, to active and distinctive campaigns in the area of social media and Google.

We are looking for a "Head of Marketing Manager" with the following main focuses:

- Maintenance & development of marketing campaigns on all platforms ( TV, Event, Social Media, Google)
- Close cooperation with the online shop management in the area of marketing of product groups
- Creation of own comprehensive marketing concepts
- Coordination & planning of content creation

Qualification:

As we are constantly growing, we are looking for pickers / warehouse clerks / production workers (m/f/d) assembly / shipping / delivery in full-time with immediate effect - also lateral entrants.

Tasks:

Assembly / disassembly:
- Assembly of ordered goods according to delivery note
- Disassembly of purchased furniture
- Preparation of the individual parts
- Picking of the individual parts and allocation to the storage system

Dispatch:
- Picking the assembled goods
- Assignment to customer and tour
- Packing the goods for dispatch
- Loading the delivery vehicles
- Preparing the goods for our shipping service providers

Delivery:
- Delivery of the goods to our customers in company-owned vehicles
- Assembly of goods at our customers' premises
- Disassembly of purchased goods at the customer's site

Your tasks will include the day-to-day maintenance of our online shop, all articles, the illustration, description and much more! A completed vocational training or a degree would be desirable, but not a prerequisite for us. Commitment, the will to grow with a young and competent team, reliability and attention to detail are enough for us!

Tasks:

- Online product management, sourcing and maintaining product images and descriptions on multiple websites
- Managing promotions and media, including web banners, website communications and email campaigns
- Communicating with our service providers to manage larger projects
- Maintenance of our products on various other platforms
- Our presence on Google ( maintenance of the Google company profile )
