Selfcollection of your Sebworld furniture

After purchasing your used office furniture in the Sebworld online shop, we offer a delivery service in our own vehicles as well as by an external forwarding agent. Nevertheless, you are also welcome to collect your goods yourself. However, for some of our furniture items, self-collection is required. Our designer office furniture from Vitra, Knoll, USM Haller and many more can be collected from our Sebworld location in Troisdorf.

What do you have to consider when collecting the goods yourself?

If you would like to collect your goods yourself and not have them delivered by our in-house delivery service or a freight forwarder, you must observe the following requirements:

  • Approx. 2-5 weeks after confirmed receipt of payment, your goods can be collected from us. After receipt of payment, you will receive your final invoice and a link by e-mail. You can use this link to easily book your pick-up appointment online.
  • Depending on the appointment, you can collect the goods yourself on Thursdays and Fridays between 10:30 and 17:30 and on Saturdays between 10:30 and 15:30. Furthermore, we ask you to collect the goods within seven days of the agreed date in order to avoid further costs.
  • On the day of collection, the office furniture will be ready on site fully assembled. Disassembly of this is not possible at any time. Therefore, we ask you to ensure that your vehicle is suitable for transporting the office furniture.
  • For insurance reasons, in the event of damage to the vehicle, the goods or similar, we are unfortunately unable to assist you with loading. Therefore, at best, show up with the necessary support for your order accordingly.
  • An on-site inspection of the office furniture is of course possible and recommended by us. Before you load the goods, you must give us a receipt for the proper condition of the goods. We therefore expressly advise you to inspect the furniture.

Our self-collection option offers you the advantage of being able to inspect your office furniture once more before collecting it, so that you can see for yourself the high quality of the goods.
